July 15, 2010 – Last day of issuance of preliminary list of prospective Fil-foreign draftees and submission to member teams. 3. July 16 – August 15, 2010 – Contestability period
WRONG SHADE OF UNIFORMS	Early this year, a controversy arose when in provincial game, one team came to the game venue with the wrong shade of uniforms. The team was given some time to produce the correct uniforms before the game was played. After the game, some quarters said the game should have been forfeited. Others did not share the same view.
WANNA JOIN THE DRAFT?	This early, the Commissioner’s Office has been besieged by calls from players, parents, agents and even school officials asking about eligibility rules and documentary requirements for players interested in joining the 2010 PBA Annual Draft scheduled on August 22, 2010. TIMEOUTS	A reader asked about timeouts in the PBA. We hope all his questions will be answered by the following piece on timeouts. In the PBA, we have regular timeouts, 30-second timeouts and official’s timeouts. A coach’s request for a timeout directly made to the table officials shall be granted only when the ball is dead.
